Overall they were kind and things were fine, but before surgery, when marking the crease, they did not look together with me in the mirror. They said, “We’ll look again when we enter the operating room,” but while my hands and legs were restrained, the doctor simply marked the crease and proceeded straight into surgery. Maybe the adhesions were deep, because people around me often asked, “Did you have double-eyelid surgery recently?” when I was three months post-op. It is now almost six months, but the crease is still quite dark. Perhaps the ptosis correction is asymmetrical, because the two eyes open differently. The aftercare is also very poor. If I want to visit for a follow-up, they tell me to make the appointment myself... Normally doesn’t the clinic usually ask you to come in?
