I had my first rhinoplasty about eight years ago. They used ear cartilage and silicone. Now my nose has become lower and slightly asymmetrical, so while looking into revision surgery, I found my first nose doctor and decided to write this. My memory is from a long time ago, so it may not be exact. At the time, a half-curved line was fashionable, so the tip was projected more than the bridge. If I do it again, I want a straight-curved line. My nose was very small and round, so there was a limit to how much it could be lengthened, and they said they raised it as much as possible. I liked it at the time. Of course, it became lower earlier than now, but I was reasonably satisfied living with this nose for eight years. No complications and almost no scarring. My nostrils are slightly uneven, but nothing can be made 100% symmetrical, so I am a little more satisfied than average.
