The director explained things very kindly and well. However, the consultation was in a direction that was a little different from what I wanted. The consultation manager was neither too kind nor too blunt, just average, I think. A friend of mine had surgery here and liked it, so I made an appointment for a consultation here. But in my case, the direction did not match mine, so I do not think I will have surgery here.
