I had contracture come on like a pig nose, so I came all the way from the provinces to Seoul. I decided to have surgery with autologous dermis because I could do it right away without having to remove the silicone and wait for months, but the scar still remained as a scar... I had surgery in 2018, and as of 2025, 90% of the dermis has been absorbed. On top of that, the tip of my nose has become extremely bulbous and ugly, so I get stressed every time I look at it I will never, ever do autologous dermis again. The surgery itself was amazing at first. I admit they’re good at surgery at 431. At first the shape was pretty and all, but I think the problem is the autologous dermis surgery itself. When I went to 431, the noses of people coming out of there also looked natural and pretty.
