Hello, I'm leaving a review of my consultation for nose revision surgery with Director Kim Jae-hoon at Plastic Surgery Clinic on April 31. First, there were many areas that needed improvement, such as the columella and nostrils, and he said the surgery would need to be divided into two stages, first and second. He said there was a high possibility that the columella scar tissue and autologous costal cartilage would also need to be removed. The first surgery would be done by minimizing and narrowing the space inside the columella as much as possible and healing that way, and after surgery, while wearing a silastic sheet support inside the nostrils for a long time and watching the progress, if the first surgery went successfully, then in the second surgery he would plan to shape it using ear cartilage. But I thought it would be a pity to remove the autologous costal cartilage and it felt 부담스러워, so I did not go ahead with the surgery.
