They were kind and explained things in a soft, gentle way. However, the fact that they use ear cartilage bothered me a bit, and the part about not being able to fully correct asymmetry bothered me too. Overall, it seems like they really pursue a very natural look, and I’m putting it on hold for now because I’m afraid it might end up too natural. They consulted carefully, but there was a consultation fee.
