I visited this place first because I heard it was good for making the nose look natural and for achieving a piggy nose. As I had heard, they were cynical but I felt they were professional. The surgery was done under sleep anesthesia and local anesthesia, so I didn't have to worry about being awake, and being able to watch the line as they worked was a plus. They only do two surgeries a day, and I didn't want donor rib cartilage, so it was good that I didn't have to use it. More than anything, I liked the before-and-after photos they showed during the consultation, so I booked the surgery. I hope it goes well.
