This is a consultation review from 3 years ago, so it may not be exact. There was a bit of a wait, and the noses of the other people waiting looked pretty flashy. I visited because I was interested after seeing a YouTube video about lowering the nostrils and alar base reduction. The doctor looked extremely, extremely tired. Still, it felt like he explained everything he needed to? He didn’t seem annoyed when I asked questions, but he wasn’t especially friendly either. But I think it’s fine as long as he explains well and performs the surgery well. In the end, I was told that I wasn’t a case for nostril lowering or alar base reduction, and that it would be hard to improve drooping alar wings much. He explained the surgical method, the downsides if it were done, and the parts that couldn’t be helped because of the shape, very firmly. So I gave up on nose surgery after this consultation 3 years ago. If I had forced it back then, I probably would have been dissatisfied even if I had done it. But these days I’m interested again and looking into it
