As I heard, the surgeon is cynical, but in a principled way? He honestly says what can be done and what can't. The previous clinic suggested shaving down the dorsal hump and proceeding, but here they said that if they did that, it would become even bumpier, so instead of shaving it, we should just raise the columella base. They didn't suggest costal cartilage at all. I like that they don't push aggressive procedures, but it feels too natural, so I'm torn.
