I went expecting a posterior-lateral canthoplasty, but it seems they mainly do posterior canthoplasty. The director seems to pursue natural changes rather than dramatic ones. There is no separate lower canthoplasty, and for the posterior canthoplasty surgery they said they do not use conjunctival fixation, but instead use a method of resecting the muscle and tying it to the muscle.
