The doctor was kind and explained things well. He noticed something that other places hadn't seen. The director was also very kind, but the pressure to make a same-day reservation was way too strong, and when I didn't make a same-day reservation, they didn't even give me a business card and stopped talking to me. That made me worry about aftercare after surgery.
