The consultation with the director was very good. It was also nice that I could have the consultation at the scheduled time without any waiting. The consultation itself wasn't long, but they explained all the current problems, the parts that could be improved, and the surgeries that would be needed. The surgery fee is a bit expensive, so I'm still thinking about it.
