The director seems very confident, but at other places they all use septal cartilage, and only here do they say to use costal cartilage as the material.. It feels like they want to set things firmly from the start. But there is a feeling of 'is this really necessary?' The price is also higher than other places. Still, the consultation itself was satisfying.
