I consulted for revision double-eyelid surgery. I went on the weekend, so there was some waiting, and the wait plus consultation took about an hour in total. The consultation was kind and thorough, and they shaped the line to suit me well. The price seems a bit high, but they did not pressure me to have surgery excessively.
