A friend’s surgery turned out well, so I went for a consultation and had one too. The consultation was very concise. Rather than feeling like they were just giving me a cursory look, it felt like they were stating only the facts. They explained the surgery methods in order, saying what would be done if yes and what would be done if no, then asked if I had any more questions, and answered everything without hesitation. That straightforwardness was nice. The waiting time was about what you’d expect at any clinic..? If the consultation before mine was long, the wait would probably be longer too? I intentionally booked a morning consultation, and I was able to have both the coordinator and the doctor consultations within the time I had expected when I came out.
