The doctor was a little blunt, but explained everything in detail since this would be my fifth surgery. They said surgery would be possible with just ear cartilage and reuse of the originally calcified rib cartilage, but not to expect a big change. However, they said it could improve the blunt, unnatural feeling. That's exactly what I want, so I'm thinking about getting surgery here. The hospital I had surgery at before also did it under local anesthesia, so I'm not afraid of local anesthesia. Even from the review photos, everything looks natural, and it seems like they lower the part where the nasal tip rises from the columella well, so I think I'll end up deciding on here.
