The director had such a good impression that I felt very comfortable throughout the consultation. When I told him what I wanted to improve, he looked at my nose, touched it a few times, and said that just raising the tip would look pretty. He accepted the look I wanted as much as possible while only recommending the exact surgeries I actually needed, so I trusted him even more.
