At my first consultation, they said I had a slight hump and that my nose itself was on the low side, so they suggested raising the bridge with silicone and smoothing out the hump at the same time. They said the tip would be lifted using donated rib cartilage, and that the whole nose would be built up overall. When I asked about nostril reduction, they told me I didn’t really need it. Since they said making the nose higher naturally makes the nostrils come together as a side effect, I decided not to touch that part separately. I do have a bit of fleshy tissue in the nose, but they explained that would also be refined from the inside during surgery. The fact that they directly said they wouldn’t do unnecessary things gave me trust.
