My nose has a slight hump and is low overall, so they said they would shave down the hump, use silicone to build up the bridge sharply, and use cartilage for the tip. I asked what about alar reduction, and they said it wasn’t necessary and that because the nose would be raised a lot, the reduction effect would be enough. They said the thick nasal flesh would be corrected during surgery.
