About 5 years ago, I looked for clinics that did natural-looking surgery, and since I’m male I don’t like places that feel overwhelming like big hospitals, so I looked at private clinics and went to consult at this one. It had the comfortable feel of a private clinic, so it was less uncomfortable, and they told me my bridge was actually the kind that was already there a bit. After that I booked and had surgery with no implant, using ear cartilage for the bridge and fascia, and it turned out naturally. Since I have a fairly prominent forehead, I felt a bit disappointed about the glabella-to-nose bridge area and wanted the columella to come down a little, so I’m looking into revision surgery, but it was a decent surgery.
