The hospital has a somewhat old-fashioned feel. But the director didn’t push unnecessary treatment and only told me what was needed. He also showed me a lot of reviews of similar cases. He seemed to prefer something natural over something forced, and he listened to what I had to say, so communication went well. Overall, it was a consultation that felt trustworthy, and it even felt like he was trying to dissuade me a little from surgery.
