I saw comments saying they were unfriendly, but to me they just seemed blunt, not unfriendly. Their manner of speaking was calm and they explained things in detail. They compared my own photos with the ideal shape of the nose and explained it that way. The doctor said that for women, having a slight view of the nostrils is prettier. They showed a lot of postoperative photos, but it never looked overly lifted or anything like that. There was only one nurse, but still they didn't tightly pack the consultations or anything, so it didn't feel hectic. I also felt like they kept the patients from running into each other? (personally speaking) The hospital lobby felt like a private cafe, like a space full of the director's tastes, and I didn't get a sense that it was unhygienic.
