The consultation with the manager was professional and kind, and I liked that it was a long consultation. But the director was tired after surgery and gave a short, one-sided consultation. I asked a few questions, but if I asked about something not written on the consultation sheet, they seemed bothered. Also, they had a different opinion from the manager about the surgery details, so it was a bit confusing to decide.
