I intentionally looked for mainly private clinics, and I went ahead with surgery at the place that seemed the most professional among the ones I consulted. I knew once the alar base is cut, it doesn’t go back, so I chose very carefully, and I’m still satisfied now. Sometimes I wonder if it doesn’t look obvious enough, but I think natural is good lol.
