The alar reduction turned out very naturally. If you want to reduce your alar width without it looking obvious, or want the alar edges to look round and pretty, I recommend this plastic surgery clinic. The shape of my alar edges became prettier. Also, because I already had large nostrils, I could easily fit my thumb in there. Even after surgery, haha.. I should have asked them to reduce it more on the operating table. But unlike other hospitals, they do not recommend things like tip surgery (they may recommend columella surgery), and they focus the consultation on the alar area, which is why I chose them right away. However, if you want a dramatic change from alar reduction, want it to be obvious that your alar width has been reduced, want to be able to stop using photo editing because you’ve become naturally pretty, and really want it reduced a lot, I do not recommend Unimedi. Human desire is endless... and maybe because my interocular distance is relatively wide, they reduced it in a way that matched that proportion, so they could not reduce it that much. Even after surgery, I still want alar reduction again because I’m still touching up my alar width in photos. Later, I think I’ll have to come back for another consultation after getting my inner corner surgery. I think this was done to suit my facial proportions, so I think the issue is my wide interocular distance. Overall, it does create a natural facial look.
