I went there because it had a huge word-of-mouth following. The consultation with the director itself was very satisfying. Instead of just saying, "I'll make you pretty," he explained very professionally what was wrong with my nose, how to fix it, and how that correction would be done. He even did a simulation for me, which I appreciated. However, maybe it was just my assigned staff manager, but they seemed to know even less than I did, talked nonsense, and gave me a hyperactive, jumping-around kind of feeling, which instantly put me off, so I removed it from my final list. This is the first time I've ever felt that put off by a staff consultation.
