The doctor is so handsome, kind, and gentle. The surgery was a very long time ago, maybe in 2006. I had it done with Medpor, Alloderm, and Gore-Tex. These days I know Medpor isn't used much. Because of the Medpor, the tip of my nose feels hard, and after several years the shape changed a little. The tip dropped slightly and the Alloderm in the nose shrank, so it doesn't look pretty... The Gore-Tex on the bridge is fine... I don't know if nose surgery just changes over time in general. At first the shape was really pretty... now it just looks like a surgical nose. Still, it's better than before surgery, and I didn't want to go through the suffering of nose surgery again (blood coming from the nose and cleaning, ugh~~); it was really hard. I've had many other surgeries, but nose surgery was probably the most painful... The doctor's character is good and they don't recommend unnecessary surgery. Their skill is decent and not bad, but I don't know whether shape changes over time are just the fate of nose surgery or if it was only me... I had a noble surgery too because my face is the kind that benefits from it, and people around me said good things about it, but later I had a bigger revision elsewhere. Anyway, they are good at pinpointing where surgery is needed and do it to a certain extent.
