I didn't have surgery at Sehyun Plastic Surgery, but I did have a consultation. It seemed more expensive than I expected to build up the tip of the nose with cartilage without using silicone. The consultation was good. They were kind and did virtual plastic surgery on a tablet to show how it would turn out. I recommend going at least once.
