I went in around the afternoon and there were really a lot of people. I barely managed to make a reservation, but there were so many people that I waited quite a while.. It was so exhausting. Other than that, the hospital was clean and the director's consultation was good, so I'm satisfied. They explained things well and took care of every question one by one. I think they're pretty straightforward. They said that even if I have surgery later, the result might not be one I'd be satisfied with. Still, they seemed confident.
