Cadaver dermis +90 / cadaver rib +170 / autologous rib +300 They seem to prefer the septum + ear cartilage combination. The design clearly aims for a natural look. At other places I was advised to use autologous rib because of a short nose and upturned nostrils, but here I liked the confidence in saying the septum alone would be enough. However, I excluded it because I don't want a revision surgery and I'm considering the dermis + autologous rib combination. The extra cost is also a bit heavy... Do they consider cadaver dermis in a relatively conservative way in advance? If I had been planning to use the septum + silicone, I think I would have considered this place too.
