Pros: the director's aesthetic sense (the post-op nose photos shown during the consultation were all pretty), and I liked that they seemed confident in their skills and the surgery. Cons: even though it was my first surgery, the price was high. Another thing was that they said they would open the nose during surgery and, if the septal cartilage was insufficient, use donated rib cartilage, and I disliked that uncertainty. It's my nose, so I think I should know exactly what materials are going into the surgery. The manager was kind in their own way, and the clinic facilities were clean.
