I found this place while looking for an ultra-natural clinic and went there! I paid the consultation fee first and went in to see the director. After taking photos, they compared my photos with surgery photos from this clinic and first explained basic information about the nose and the clinic’s philosophy? aesthetic? etc. They analyzed my nose and showed me similar cases while explaining. I had consulted at two places before this clinic, and this was the only director who brought up right away that my nose was on the long side. They told me all the pros and cons of my nose, touched and examined everything one by one, and their approach seemed very similar to what I wanted. They answered all my questions and said I probably didn’t need the artificial things suggested at other clinics, like alar reduction or correction of a crooked nose. And for the philtrum line I was worried about, as well as making my wide nose narrower, they said they would decide after opening the nose and checking directly during surgery. Their surgical direction and the look they pursue matched me so well. The downside was the manager? She wasn’t rude, but we had already finished talking with the director about the shape and surgical direction, so I didn’t really have any more questions. I thought a normal manager would be someone who provides basic information about post-op care, the surgical process, and surgeries the director doesn’t personally handle, but since I said I had no questions, she just said, “Then all you need is the cost information?” gave me the cost details, and ended with, “Call if you decide to go ahead.” It felt like they only gave information if I asked for it. I didn’t even hear any explanation about the anesthesia method or anything like that that I had seen in reviews haha. In that respect, my trust in them dropped a lot. The lack of CT scans, the manager issue, and the clinic being very old. You shouldn’t go there expecting a typical plastic surgery clinic
