I saw a review saying the manager wasn't very friendly, but the manager I saw was super kind. And the doctor wasn't exactly warm either, but he tried his best to pursue the style I wanted. Honestly, I was wavering on whether to get double eyelid surgery, and maybe he could tell, because he just told me not to do it. Instead, he recommended Botox lol He even recommended his own blog. But that actually felt better. It was a different topic, but he said exactly what I needed to hear. Trust level max
