It's been about 2 years since my nose surgery. The main goal was to make it not look obvious, so I think it was a total success. People around me often compliment me on how high my nose bridge is, and sometimes they even say things like I wouldn't need nose surgery. If your goal is naturalness, I strongly recommend it. But when I had the surgery, I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted, so I couldn't explain it properly. If you do have something specific in mind, I think it's better to make that very clear during the consultation. I have had no side effects at all, and I live without any fear even when touching my nose. Still, if being too natural is the downside, then getting a firm consultation is important.
