I had a consultation about implant removal and filler removal because my bridge seemed lifted and the filler I had before nose surgery still looked like it was there. At the first visit, there was one thing I was worried about, so I had a second consultation. During the second consultation, the advice was different from the first visit, which was discouraging, so I ended up choosing nose revision at another hospital instead of removal surgery. As a result, the nose revision made things worse than before I had it, so I'm considering removal surgery again. The director didn't give me confidence and focused on the possible bad outcomes, so I think it would be hard for someone who also considers the aesthetic side to make a decision.
