They were blunt, but while showing before-and-after photos, they answered even the ridiculous questions I asked very well. They answer clearly about the areas they are confident in.. But when it comes to things they don't know until they open it up, I think they tend to keep their words to a minimum. They told me all possible side effects in advance!
