Compared to other hospitals nearby, the staff were noticeably kinder. I paid extra to consult with the doctor, and he was kind and seemed to understand my face very well, which I liked. However, he said that even things other hospitals said were impossible were mostly possible here, and he also recommended one or two other surgeries besides the double eyelid surgery I wanted, which made me uneasy. Still, the price itself was so good that it didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off... And the surgeries they brought up were ultimately all things my eyes really did need anyway (even if I didn’t particularly want them), so it didn’t seem like they lacked expertise.
