I went for a consultation because it was famous. I felt the director's consultation was kind, but they don't tell you anything unless you ask. The consultation manager here seems pretty bad. Shouldn't they go in the direction the customer wants? There was some pressure. They said there was a discount if you paid cash, and I thought, so even a big hospital like this pushes cash discounts.
