I went after booking a consultation, but I couldn't even finish the final doctor consultation lol... How are you supposed to decide on surgery just by consulting with the manager? They told me to make another appointment for doctor consultation later, so I did, but why did they make me go back and forth twice...? They should have just scheduled the doctor consultation together at the beginning. I didn't understand this system...
