The director answered every question I asked, but from a patient’s point of view the answers made me hesitant to go ahead with surgery, and then the manager made me even less willing to do it. There was some sort of attitude that felt dismissive toward people (?) I was consulting about the cost, and they just gave me the price without explaining anything in detail, so I was taken aback.
