I got filler that couldn't be removed from under my eyes, so I had filler removal surgery and had the under-eye fat removed at the same time. I don't think the swelling was very bad at the time, and there were no side effects, but I believe they did under-eye fat repositioning. Once the fat was gone, I looked a lot sunken, and the filler wasn't removed 100%. The bulge went down a lot, but some remained. Later I had a little fat grafting, and now I'm satisfied.
