The staff and the director aren't especially kind, and this isn't at the level of a university hospital. But from consultation through post-op care, the director personally handled everything, only proceeded with what was necessary, and I felt the management was extremely thorough. The surgery itself was also done carefully, and I felt like the director was highly skilled.
