What impressed me was that they explained why it’s not good to wake the patient in the middle of surgery to even out the shape, why functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery shouldn’t be done together, and about cleanliness and safety. But the decisive reason I passed was that they aggressively recommended unnecessary surgery. It was the first time I heard I had a hump on my nose, and even though I was worried because I had a lot of cheek fat and my forehead wasn’t low at all, they recommended fat grafting, so I think the director’s aesthetic sense is different from mine. They seem to like a face that looks like it had cosmetic surgery.
