I had my first surgery here about 7 years ago. The silicone got bent, and the tip of my nose dropped. They didn’t use any cartilage at all. The scar from the nostril reduction is almost invisible, so I’m satisfied with that! It was too expensive for the result, though.. I had revision surgery again.
