They're kind and explain things with enthusiasm. It seems like they only operate with autologous ear cartilage, and they seem to do aftercare very well. They seem to prefer a natural style to the point that people around you wouldn't even realize you've had nose surgery. I like flashy results, so I'm not really sure..
