The doctor has a lot of experience, and since it’s sedation plus local anesthesia, I don’t think there’s any possibility of substitute surgery. But it’s clear the doctor is good at implant surgery, and my nose is long and crooked, so every other hospital said implants were not recommended and advised non-implant surgery, so I ended up not getting surgery.. If my nose had been suitable for implants, I definitely would have had the surgery
