There was no waiting time. I think I consulted about 5 minutes after arriving, and I talked directly with the director right away. The explanation was incredibly detailed. You can look at the surgical methods in a book-like thing, which was nice. They emphasized safety and also talked about the risks of nose surgery, so it felt trustworthy. I think the consultation lasted at least 30 to 40 minutes. The director was kind and nice too.
