They explained things while looking at the previous surgery photos and focused on the worst-case scenarios. It was my first consultation about removal, so I remember feeling very discouraged. The director wrote the chart by hand and was extremely meticulous. There was no separate discount amount mentioned, and the quoted price was based on cash payment. VAT was separate on the card.
