As rumored, the consultation was extremely thorough. But they didn't just say, "Do it like this" or "Let's do this." Everything was left up to my own decision... If I wanted the fibrous capsule removed, they would remove it, and if I didn't want it removed, they said they wouldn't. They also said that removing the nose wouldn't make the situation better. They weren't yes-men.
