By my standards, they were kind. And they quickly pinpointed the problems with my nose. I was a worrywart at the time, but even in the middle of that hectic situation, they told me not to worry too much. They did their best in an unexpected situation, and now I’m breathing very well and living fine. I saw a comment someone left years ago saying they dodge responsibility by saying it could be this or that, but I think they’re a doctor who works hard. They said that to me too, and I think there’s no such thing as 100% certainty in surgery. I think it’s much better to say up front that you don’t know exactly how it will turn out, rather than people who confidently insist nothing will happen before even opening you up. And I really can’t remember the price. If you ask me for a price from years ago, how on earth am I supposed to remember?
